As we approach significant historical milestones, including the continued reflection on the legacy of Black Wall Street and broader American displacement histories, we recognize that education alone is not enough. Commemoration must also create opportunity.
Through a multi-trail convergence model and a 5-mile impact radius strategy, Trail of Tears II connects families, educators, youth, cultural leaders, and organizations in a shared experience designed to:

Address food insecurity in targeted ZIP codes
Promote economic empowerment
Support health and wellness initiatives
Strengthen community ownership and legacy building
