Thank you for supporting the Trail of Tears II Cultural Experience, presented by Wall Street II Tulsa North Foundation. This cultural and educational initiative is designed to honor history, promote learning, and bring communities together through meaningful experiences.

Because this event involves travel coordination, venue reservations, and program planning across multiple locations, the following refund policy applies to all registrations, tour packages, vendor registrations, and related event purchases.

Tour Packages and Event Registrations

All ticket purchases and tour package registrations are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Due to the advance planning required for transportation, accommodations, programming, and event logistics, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made by participants.

However, the following options may be available:

• Ticket Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another participant with written notice provided to the organizers prior to the event.

• Event Credit: In certain circumstances, participants may be eligible to receive a credit toward a future event or program organized by Wall Street II Tulsa North Foundation.

Vendor Registrations

Vendor registration fees are non-refundable due to the administrative, marketing, and logistical costs associated with organizing the vendor marketplace.

If a registered vendor is unable to attend, they may request approval to transfer their vendor space to another qualified vendor.

Sponsorship Contributions

Sponsorship contributions support the mission and programming of the Trail of Tears II Cultural Experience and the work of Wall Street II Tulsa North Foundation. As such, sponsorship payments are non-refundable.

Event Changes or Cancellation

Wall Street II Tulsa North Foundation reserves the right to modify the event schedule, locations, or programming if necessary.

If the event is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified and may be offered one of the following options:

• Transfer of registration to a rescheduled event

• Credit toward a future event or program

• A refund if deemed appropriate by the organizers

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information.

Participant data is stored using secure, access-restricted systems and is accessible only to authorized personnel with a legitimate program-related need.

While we strive to protect your information, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Travel and Accommodation

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements unless otherwise specified within their selected tour package. Wall Street II Tulsa North Foundation is not responsible for travel-related expenses incurred outside of the program.
